Brunaé Body™ will accept refunds or replacement requests given the products are returned to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery, given they meet the below conditions. 

Brunaé Body offers optional shipping protection at checkout to cover loss, theft, or misdelivery. If you opt out of Shipping Protection, Brunaé Body is unable to take responsibility for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. For full details see our Shipping Policy.

The product must be in its original condition, it must not have been used, show any signs of wear/damage, including the packaging/box. If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened/used, you will not be entitled to a refund.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at support@brunaebody.com within 7 days of delivery, providing images of the item as received and the fault in question. Once we have reviewed and confirmed eligibility, you may choose between a full refund or replacement product.

We accept change-of-mind returns provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original re-sellable condition with packaging intact. In these cases the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please email support@brunaebody.com for return shipping details.

Orders that are unclaimed or returned to sender will incur a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund once the item is received back at our warehouse.

Once your return has been inspected and approved, your refund will be issued. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account. If your item does not meet our return inspection criteria, a refund will not be issued.

Money-Back Guarantee: If you don't see a noticeable improvement in your natural tan after 2 or more uses of our Accelerating Tanning Oil or Intensive Tanning Balm, we will refund your purchase. To be eligible:

  • The claim must be made within 14 days of receiving the product
  • Only one guarantee claim per customer per product applies
  • If multiple units were purchased, the guarantee applies to one unit only
